The photo box allows you to create professional and funny pictures at any event. To do this, it must be set up at the event location using our simple instructions. The camera and flash are then triggered by touching the touch display. A timer gives you enough time to position yourself with or without a disguise. The photo box can be summarized as a professional photo studio without a photographer.
Yes! Before the event, we'll discuss the date and time of delivery. Further details, such as the event location, exhibition stand, or similar, will also be clarified in advance. We'll deliver the photo booth at the agreed time, set it up, and configure everything accordingly. If desired, we can also provide instructions. At the end of the event, or the following day, we'll pick up the photo booth again.
The photo box from Fotobox-Berlin-Mieten.de is one of the easiest to use photo boxes on the market. Once the photo box has been connected to the power supply, it can be started at the touch of a button. All you have to do is touch the touch display and the countdown starts. In just a few seconds, several photos of you are taken and can be viewed immediately in full HD on the display.
There must be a power socket within reach and a few square meters of space. The photo box may only be operated indoors. Temperatures must not be above 35° C or below 10° C to ensure correct operation. The photo box and the dye-sublimation printer must not be exposed to direct sunlight or cold.
If you would like to use our photo box for your event in Berlin, you can easily request it in our availability check. After you have sent us your request, you will immediately receive an email from us with details and the next steps.
When do I have to pay? After the availability of the photo box has been checked, it must be paid in full for final confirmation. We offer several options for this, e.g. by bank transfer or Paypal. Payment must be made within 7 days of receipt of the invoice. The photo box is then reserved for your event.
Each photo box undergoes quality control and is prepared accordingly for each event. You will usually receive your photo box 1-2 days before your event so that you can test the photo box in advance and set it up at your leisure. The day and time of delivery is determined in advance.
The photo box can be picked up after consultation at the agreed time in Berlin, Lichtenberg. From the S-Bahn station (Landsberger Alle) you can take the M5 directly to the station “Simon-Bolivar-Straße”. From there it is only a few minutes' walk to the pick-up address.
As the photo box must undergo a quality check before it can be rented out, it must be returned immediately, i.e. one working day after the end of the rental period.

Natürlich kann die Fotobox jederzeit storniert werden. Dies kann per E-Mail an kontakt@fotobox-berlin-mieten.de erledigt werden. Wir gewähren Euch eine kostenlose Stornierung bis zu 2 Tage vor der Veranstaltung.
Bei der Anmietung einer Fotobox inklusive Drucker erhaltet Ihr einen Pack mit lustigen Papieraccessoires (ca. 20 teilig) sowie einer Verkleidungsbox (diverse Masken, Hüte und Brillen) kostenlos mit dazu.
When renting a photo box without a printer, you can add a pack of cardboard accessories and our disguise box for €14.99 for a small fee of €9.99. If you add both, you can get this in our special offer for just €19.99.

If you choose our “Photo box with printer” package, you will receive a high-quality dye-sublimation printer from us, which will print your pictures in less than 10 seconds in the highest photo quality on site.
How many photos can I take? You have a photo flat rate, so to speak, which means that you can use the photo box for as long as you want. An internal memory saves all your photos.
We already provide you with a very large selection of layout templates. You are welcome to use these. If you have your own ideas, you are welcome to send them to us.
If you have selected self-collection, the photo box must also be returned there. The agreed times must be adhered to.
The pictures will be made available after the event in a download link by e-mail. This includes all images (original, prints and individual images) so that they can also be used afterwards. In addition, a USB stick can be booked on which the pictures can be saved and taken away directly after the event.
If you wish, we can create an online gallery for you. All the pictures you create will then be available to you via a special link. This is of course password-protected so that no one else has access to your pictures. You can then forward the password and link to your party guests so that they can also view the pictures.
Setting up and dismantling our photo box is child's play and can be done by anyone. First, the stand must be positioned and then the photo box can simply be placed on top. In the upper part of the photo box, the studio flash must be inserted into the fixture provided. Now it's just a matter of plugging a few cables into the right position and you're ready to go. Assembly and disassembly can usually be completed within 4-6 minutes. Detailed instructions are included with every photo box.
